I met Wayne under horrible conditions. A trip to Puerto Rico ended in an automobile accident. Once I returned to the states, I was referred to Wayne for my case. He makes a very scary and trying time manageable. He explains his process and his plans, and walks you through step by step. The support staff is great as well. Everyone knows you by name and never forgets you, even 20 years later. Unfortunately I've had to use Wayne's services several times, but even for issues that aren't personal injury, I know I can always count on Wayne!
