Working with Tim during my lawsuit against my former employer was stressful but Tim made the process easy to understand. He was patient in answering my many questions and kept me on an even keel when I was frustrated with how long the process takes. The results were well worth the time. The day of the negotiation was a long one, Tim and his colleagues walked me through the day and came out with a decent settlement.
