Had a lawyer named Benjamin Hoffman.. screwed me out of 1,840 to give to somebody for a recommendation... Never return none of my phone... Left him 20 messages if not 50 never returned One call won't even explain nothing to me not sure he even gave anybody that money.... Think he owes me here for that at least half of the 1840

Worst law firm in Philadelphia. Good luck getting someone on the phone. The settlement they got was 1% of what my other lawyer got for the same case, and they lied to me about some bills being paid. Took them 5 years to get 4k.

I called Mr. Clearfield, and right away I was taken seriously and informed of the next steps. He had his investigator call me to work out the next steps the same day. This urgency means so much to me in this difficult time. Very time efficient and professional!

Do not walk; RUN away from this firm. Worst mistake ever choosing Clearfield and Kofsky to represent me. Rude, unethical, talk down to clients and will encourage you to accept low balls from insurance companies. Everyone will win with C&K except the client. These ppl DO NOT have the best interest of their clients at all. They Will drag your case out & settle quickly in the end. I don’t believe they even attempted to negotiate medical fees with providers prior to disbursing settlement check. Refused to provide me with an accounting of fees as requested. These attorneys are legit scammers. What they do to ppl should be a crime. 7500 settlement; walked away with 2,500 dollars 3yrs later. I encourage anyone to do your HW and FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO REPRESENT YOU!!!

Do not waste your time to go to this racist people, how can y'all kelp my Case and dont do nothing for a year and 11 months and do nothing, when I called no one knows what they are doing, every time I they that they are waited for medical records , and now they said they can't do nothing, please don't go there, after getting hurt y'all not gonna get nothing for pain and suffering ,o star

Been dealing with a case with them since may 2019, I don't get any updates constantly have someone different on my cade the, the lawyers don't get back to you, you have to constantly contact them to speak to someone. The company for sure is not ran the same and it's a shame. Never again will I have them represent me

I practically fought my case in my own, but they profited a pretty penny . Wouldn’t recommend.
