An absolute professional in ever sense of the word. Clever, intelligent, and most importantly they (and cousin Benny specifically) really care about their clients. This is the hardest aspect to find In representation, and what they did for me will not be forgotten, and I am forever grateful for what they have done in my life. My attorney was the laziest person I’ve ever seen. IF anyone would’ve told me this in 2019, I would have NEVER USED HIM or the law firm Clearfield & Kofsky! I am truly disappointed in my wasted time with this place. No organization. NO RESPECT TO the clients. My “attorney” sits on his behind and waits until arbitration to talk to me. He allowed the other attorney to chew him up and spit him out during the deposition. During the arbitration another attorney whom I’ve NEVER MET starts an argument with me in the room about his staff!! They spelled my name incorrect so many times and blamed it on spell check. Attorneys care about going with other clients whose case yields more money. GREEDY, LAZY LIARS! I won my case because of cameras and a witness. Who knows if I’ll ever get my funds. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!! That same day I dropped him! But now he’s holding my file for another case. DO NOT USE THEM!! After calling the Philadelphia Bar Association, another attorney told me he knows him and called him a joke!!! Disappointing. Oh yeah the receptionist is EVIL, nasty, and needs a personality lift!

Very bad law firm; they trick you with lies and stole almost your settlement completely; not recommended working with them, do your homework before signing READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING!!!!

Hey ... I'm going to be truthfully honest. This law firm is a good lawfirm to represent you. At first, it may seem as there not communicating at times when you need them mostly or even answer calls at times said they would be answered. My opinion Every Good law firm takes time, and it's a process to fight for your well-deserved money my problem was I did what you all are doing and that's judging by a cover. Don't go off my review or the next person review because everybody experience is different. I say give it a shot and see what happens. BTW it always comes when you need it, not want it.
