I had a accident January 2019 it’s been maybe 1 time I have received a call from lawyer an never again or no mail nothing I call ask for status of case leave several messages and voicemails an I never receive a call it’s the worst place ever not very professional just my opinion 😞😔

They don't call you to let you know how things are going with your case or what more information they are waiting on. They have not even thrown a figure out there to let you know how much they think they may get you for your settlement. When you call them, you end up leaving messages on the machine. Parallegals kept changing on our case. All around, lack of communication for handling a slip and fall case.

Adam Garner is one of the best attorneys I've ever dealt with. He is a true professional. Outside of being meticulous and very intelligent, he is kind, organized and very focused. It is obvious upon meeting/speaking to Mr. Garner that he is a man of principals and truly cares about his work and the people he helps. Use the Garner Firm with confidence!

Never can get ur lawyer on the phone

Thee worst Law Firm to deal with, getting the Attorney on the phone that’s supposed to take care of your case is ridiculous and if you don’t call about your case to get info no one calls you. Stay away people I’ve learnt my lesson.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had with an attorney. I only was able to speak to Mr. Clearfield once! And that was during the initial process. All other calls you will be speaking to his secretary/paralegal. And you will only speak to that person if you’re contacting them. They will Not call you with any updates!!! Furthermore, you will be pushed to the voicemail of the person you wish to speak to, with no returned call back! Clients should be able to feel that are in good hands and that the firm is working hard on their case. Clients should not feel like they’re agitating you because they have questions and concerns about the case.

In my experience, Jonathan has gone the extra step for his clients.

Do not use this firm if you want to win your case they are seriously unprofessional and never call you back 3 weeks of leaving messages and no call back this is the worst attorney in the world and i will be reporting him to the bar .
