I've had several accidents in my life. The lawyer I used b4 retired. Somebody recommended Benjamin Hoffman. Worst recommendation EVER. The slogan was " Cousin Benny " we treat you like family. Well I don't know who these people family are. But my family communication skills trumps them by far . The lack of empathy is crazy. Just drag your case out & lie saying it's the insurance company

i had a $25,000 settlement from a slip and fall case, and only received $8,066.06. i was led to believe medical bills were not paid out of my settlement. maybe i was naive; i never filed a lawsuit before. i am so sad about this outcome. sad and disgusted with clearfield and kofsky. i do not recommend this firm!
