Poor communication and lack of updates
“They do not even deserve a one-star but since I had to leave at least a star to be able to leave a comment... Run for your fing life these crooks are no lawyers the most hurtful and unprofessional firm I had ever experienced there are no words to describe how wicked they are.”

“I had a $25,000 settlement from a slip and fall case, and only received $8,066.06. i was led to believe medical bills were not paid out of my settlement. maybe i was naive; i never filed a lawsuit before. i am so sad about this outcome. sad and disgusted with clearfield and kofsky. i do not recommend this firm!”

“Been dealing with a case with them since may 2019, I don't get any updates constantly have someone different on my cade the, the lawyers don't get back to you, you have to constantly contact them to speak to someone. The company for sure is not ran the same and it's a shame. Never again will I have them represent me”
