They do not fight for you! You feel like you have to defend yourself to them! Do not let you speak to the attorney who represents you.Never returns phone calls. Refuse to let you know what you will be getting out of the settlement! Tells me that they will not appeal the offer because they think it's a fair offer even though they won't tell you what you are coming out with!!! The worse 3 years of my life!!!!! Four times they cancelled a deposition ! They lie!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Was a passenger on a bus that crashed did over year of therapy at least 8 procedures nerve test and all.In thee end I seen 0 after lawyer and medical bills guy gave me every reason NOT to go to trial said my chances of winning was 20% it would cost money for expert witnesses and this and that.My advice to everyone stay away from shady grady these guys had me run around for 2 years for nothing!wasted time money gas dealing with them all to feel like crap in the end

I went to trial, but the other attorney was better. The attorney's last name was Simon. I later learned that he was barred and many years later-- reinstated. I blame myself for not doing my homework. I referred someone and they are holding up his money :(. I feel horrible about it.

I just have one thing to say. Thank god for Marc Simon and limited tort. It kept us eating in 2016!

I had a bad accident on Septa. I had torn my whole rotator cuff and had to have surgery. I was told by Septa nerve specialist I had nerve damage. I never was contacted by them and never went to court. When I called to inquire about what's going on the receptionist would keep me on hold for the longest and then hang up. I was given a $5000 check by my auto insurance and they took that and told me they had to pay medical bills with it. I told them my medical bills were paid already and I could handle it myself. I heard nothing from Simon or Jordan. I finally get in touch with someone and I was told they didn't recover anything and there is nothing I can do. How can you attend trial on paper. That's what they said they did. I asked how could you do that without me being present. Don't have anything to do with this Lawfirm or the attorney's in it or out of it. Just because they left the Lawfirm don't me they're good stand up lawyers. Worst Experience Ever! I never hired them but I had to choose consulted to move forward with this review.

After three years of dealing with all kinds of legal Bologna, being shipped from doctor to doctor, documenting my pain from my permanent injury this firm dropped the ball when it really mattered. Marc Simon basically told me if I didn't like it to go pound sand. So I walk away with zero. The lawyer who represented me at my arbitration didn't know anything about me or my case. He was a former prosecutor with three months at this firm. HIs lack of preparation was humiliating.

The firm and my attorney in particular,and case managers in general were always there for me. The case I had was a difficult road to hoe. As a paralegal I was well aware of that! They never gave up on me or the case. Kept me well informed at all times. From Mr. Simon to my attorney, Jason Whalley, they were prompt and complete always in their responses and information addressed to my concerns as this case wound it's way through the judicial process. Was quite satisfied with the outcome! I highly recommend Simon & Simon!

This firm never advised me of what was going on. Didn't return calls or update me in case. Didn't investigate the case, late for court and horrible outcome. Don't use them.

I was turned down by 3 firms because I had limited tort. I found this firm on the internet and wasn't sure what to think because no one wanted a limited tort case. They took my case and we went to trial and we got an award that was much more than I thought I was getting and much more than what the other attorneys who didn't take my case thought I was getting

I had a very tough fall down case where I didn't see a step in front of me and fell. These lawyers fought for me. They had an engineer who told the defendant that the step was not up to code and we settled the case. All my medical bills were paid for and I also got money for my pain. Simon's firm did a great job for me and my husband. We never had a lawsuit before for a car accident and they told us what to expect. Their case managers were great. Hire these guys

suffered from car accident, needed a good laywer. Do not work with his laywer you will regret and end up paying him more than you actually lose your law suit. Never able to communicate with laywer at all. They will not respond, will ingore your call. You have to beg to talk to multiple people who answer the phone to ask what is going on with you case because no one will give you honest update about the case or chance of winning your case.
