Some clients experienced poor communication and lack of updates from the firm
“I worked mainly with Dave and Jon and they were not ethical lawyers. I was told that I had to be present during the mediation and that Jon would call me early in the morning to prep me before the mediation. The day of the mediation, he never called and proceeded the mediation without me.”
