I talked to Anu (one of the partners) on the consultation for EB5, for which I was charged $400 for half an hour. The session itself was helpful, and she said something along the lines of “let me know if you have further questions and I would be happy to answer”. So after the session I asked her a question on email. However, she didn’t answer the question with enough detail, so I asked some reasonable followup questions in a respectful manner, and that’s when she started to ghost me and never replied. I can’t believe if I’m to give my EB5 case to lawyers like this. And this happened even BEFORE I tried retain them; I can’t imagine what it’s gonna be AFTER. Imagine as the EB5 case goes and you have concerns/emergencies that you wanna communicate to them, and they just DONT RESPOND lol. Then I found on Glassdoor that the employees at this firm complain about the toxic working culture and beyond manageable workload they have. Records on the Internet also show that some customers (e.g. H1b) do not hear from this law firm on time. Now it seems to me that not only does this firm understaffs and overloads its employees (which could hurt the quality of the work they deliver), but also ignores concerns/questions from its potential/existing customers. I can’t trust a law firm like that no matter how expensive they label themselves ($400/30mins) or how “expert” they claim to be. It’s all about a humble attitude that’s willing to communicate, especially if there’s nothing wrong on the potential/existing customers’ side.

Don’t be fooled by what you hear, all I will say is I Expected a whole lot better from this firm. Considering all the money I invested in my case up to this point.

I can say that Klaskow law group help me in achieving my American dream and for years they are the one who fixed everything in relation to my immigration papers. My only concern after arriving in the US is my greencard and SSN almost got lost with this office doing nothing to receive the papers although it is almost two weeks on idle (no one is aware or receiving). And they even do not answer by e-mails when I raised this. This happened because the person who handled my case before is not under with them anymore, ahead of time I raised this already to avoid problem but they said it will be fine but later yes the consequences. Thanks still Klasko law!

Waiting time to set up initial consultation is long. Unprofessional and cold during our initial virtual consultation - wearing pajamas and showing up late, then ditched the meeting early when it was not even time! Will not work with Klasko.
