“First off, make sure you research any law firm before hiring. Unfortunately my husband didn't and well here I am. My husband fell and got hurt pretty badly at a local business and he contracted Simon and Simon afterwards about a possible law suit. It took years but that's how the courts are. We decided to settle and my husband specifically stated we would as long as we bring home $250,000 after all fees and doctors were paid out. Months later my husband contacted the law firm to inquire about the check and we were getting the run around. The law firm got paid roughly $250,000 but kept the check for months with absolutely no explanation of why.”
