Lack of proactive communication and updates from the firm
“The only way that I found out about it was if I called them, they took 3 years to get medical records that I got for them within 3 days!! They never call or email you until you have to call them and be firm about your case.”

“Now it's been right at 4 years waiting on my case to be over and they've waited all these years to tell me a couple of months ago that I may not be physically getting the money anyway and when I spoke to the lawyer 5 months ago he told me that the case would be over in 1-2 months and it's still ongoing almost 6 months later.”
