I cannot begin to thank my lawyer and her paralegal for their commitment, focus, honesty and success in helping me with my discrimination case. The firm hosts 14 Super Lawyers at the time of this review. These are not bench warmers collecting a steady paycheck. Seth Carson prosecuted my case and I am very pleased with the result. He has a keen eye for finding the needles in a haystack of discoverable material that is pivotal for winning a case. That only comes from experience and intellect. You need an attorney who brings a mix of scholarship, grit, tenacity, trial experience and love of the field - especially if the case goes to trial. If you want your career and life ruined, choose this law firm as they employ one of the most impulsive, incompetent attorneys in existence. Because of his need for “leverage” as he said that Derek Smith said that he needs, he used my case to try further his career. He made decisions about my case without my approval that I’m still suffering for. I’ve spent well over the last year since my case settled trying to rebuild and have gotten nowhere thanks to the damage this guy caused. I’m left with the consequences of his mistakes while he’s nonchalant about it. If you must use this firm, be sure to avoid him by asking for an attorney that’s been licensed at least 15 years and do your research. I see his name mentioned quite often in these comments and laugh. Must be friends of his because negative reviews about him were removed. They seem to think if you get a settlement a good job was done. Not if you used underhanded tactics that harmed your client. I worked hard for my career!! Response to owner: As you can see by the owners response, winning means that you did a good job even if you sacrificed your client in the process. Obviously the person writing this response has no clue about the case involved so you can’t speak on issues that you have no knowledge about. If he were such a good attorney, I wouldn’t have needed to fire him for his mistakes and for filing documents without me seeing them that caused this huge issue in the first place. Good attorneys consult with their clients not insult them, they don’t put their client’s safety in jeopardy. When another attorney reviewed my documents, that was one of the issues pointed out right away. I no longer feel safe in my community or home thanks to his error. One of the partners took over my case because I could no longer tolerate this attorney. I’ve had other attorneys outside this firm review my case and point out the errors that he made. I’m not the only one who left a real review. However, this law firm only likes when people write what they want to read.

So far Seth Carson has been nothing short of amazing!! I highly recommend him and his paralegal Jason is amazing also. If you need an attorney Seth is your guy. So far he has been professional and attentive to my many questions and concerns. I feel confident with such a great team on My side.

I had the pleasure of working with Susan Keesler. She was wonderful! Very very informative and straight forward and kind. She made sure I understood everything down to the smallest detail. I truly appreciate them for understanding my plight and I had some issues and they immediately made me feel super comfortable in terms of letting me know to always express myself as far how I feel about the case and naturally my last employer was so horrible as far as my treatment and how they fire me when I became a new home owner and regain custody of my 3 year old daughter and the birth of my son their actions cause such horrendous psychological damage towards me that I can have issues trusting people from here on out I really hope nobody has to go through what I went through but my lawyer and this law firm was so concerned and Reassuring they will seek justices for people like me where jobs break discrimination laws I choose them over multiple lawyers and now I know why I’m just praying for the best outcome for me and my family and for future potential client that goes through the same traumatic experiences that I did
