Do NOT let Michael Anderson lie to you. He is the worst attorney I have ever spoken with and begged to represent me and then rug pulled me immediately after gaining my trust. What was I to expect, he went to undergrad at STDU aka Arizona. Michael’s law license should be revoked immediately. Be forewarned!!!

Poor representation sold out clients in the Philips Respironics case. Less than 3 years of medical studies.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone. My husband and I have left numerous voicemails and asked multiple times in email to call, but they won’t. They supposedly sent multiple letters, checks, and a 1099, none of which we received. They are saying my husband’s settlement check was cashed and won’t get back to us when we tell them we never got it. We don’t have the money and have already filed tax returns that don’t include a 1099 we never received. Do not recommend.

I just want to say I’m a real person reviewing this, that wasn’t coerced into this five star review. Sylvia, specifically, at the firm handled my issue. She resolved everything for me regarding my false background check information quickly and efficiently.I was also told from previous attorneys/ firms I contacted that I had no case, but Sylvia went above and beyond and handled the case she saw I did have. A company that denied me due to this false background check even ended up offering me employment. She even treated me as family and made sure I was taken care of! I truly appreciate her and everyone else at this firm. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing background check issues. If I hadn’t contacted this firm I would’ve thought I had no case at all, thank you Berger & Montague!!

I hired Joseph with confidence after discussing my case but sadly my trust was misplaced. The insurance company missed the deadline to respond to my claim, I was not paid a penny for over 6 months, then they offered a settlement for much less then I would be paid had I worked. My attorney did not fight for me and seemed to be on the opposing side. I could never get in touch with him, the secretary was rude to me, I came for deposition and no one notified him that I was there for 35 minutes after they said they did. Now I am told I can either go back to work like nothing happened and not be compensated or if I settle I have to find new employment. He claims I am not entitled to a 20%penalty because the insurance company denied my claim. They want to settle which means my claim is legitimate and I should've been receiving payment 3 weeks after my injury Joseph says this is legal and they can do what they want. True they can deny the claim however they missed the deadline which means a penalty should be imposed. The denial was a tactic to avoid paying. My credit is ruined, bills are piled up, my children and I have suffered tremendously and on top of that they wouldn't even pay for my prescription from the doctor. They cancelled my health insurance and I will have to pay a penalty at income tax and now I'm out of a job. I wish I had hired someone else because CLEARLY I'm on my own!

Mr Conlan stayed in touch with me through the whole process.Whenever i had a problem all i had to do was call,no matter how busy he was he always had time for me.He would call just to ask how i was feeling.I felt like i was important and that matters when you work your hardest for someone and you get hurt and they dont care.This man was marvelous and any one that has him as a lawyer you dont have to worry he will work hard for you.THANK YOU MARTIN LLC.and thank you Joseph Conlan.
