Works Can't Explain How unprofessional lack compassion and through My mother Teresa Jessica kephart Out on the street and

The Downtown of Philadelphia Lundy Law is very unprofessional with communications all they want you to do is get straight to physical therapy without asking any concerns about your health. They experience with there legal aid is horrible and there are hidden fees they will charge you after you’ve signed and I also never received a copy of my statement of percentages after everything was said and done...until I asked for them and when it comes to clearing my check after one and a half week I’ve had two holds on my check as if Lundy Law isn’t good for my settlement check on there behalf...very unprofessional and have a bad rating and reviews from me

After 4 months of pain,agony,injections ,several medications, chiropractor 2 × per week,head injury,still currently causing extreme migraines, confusion,memory loss, anxiety,ptsd ,back,neck,hip hern discs,loss of consciousness,during accident," very briefly" continued dr appts,due to extreme pain ,day in and day out...etc List goes on & on,now after 4 months of taking my case,"which I'm now seeking a new lawyer" as the car accident I was in ,the other party admitted fault,Lundy Law sends me a letter in the MAIL! stating they're no longer representing me?!!!Many firms want my case. But this time around I'm being very cautious & selective, since I just wasted 4 months with Lundy Law,all to receive a letter in the mail 4 days ago,saying they're no longer taking my case??!! With no explanation!!! & nobody will return my call to even give me reasoning? I've never heard of such a thing,this firm should be sued for wasting months of my time!!!!

My overall experience with Lundy Law was phenomenal! From the start, the intake specialist, Laura, was very friendly and efficient when it came to taking down my information and was also very supportive. Then it was a very quick response from an attorney to discuss my case and sign on. My attorney, Wendy was absolutely amazing! She always was there to answer any questions I had and was always very supportive and went above and beyond to ensure I received the proper care and benefits! I'm very grateful for Lundy Law and am very happy with my choice to go with them!

I was involved in a Car accident where a truck rear- ended my car in which I incurred severe injury to my shoulder and neck . My car was a total loss. Because this was my first accident I wasn’t sure who to call so I decided to call Lundy Law . My case was immediately viewed by legal assistant Jennifer Frock she was very prompt with her responses . It did take awhile for me to find out what Lawyer was handling my case . I asked for an in-person meeting to see the status of my case . At that time, I was assigned to someone by the name Kathy , I believe . She explained my case status and the next steps . Moving forward , my case was moved to a different attorney and I remained in contact with Lundy Law and started working with Michelle Cirilli and attorney Paul Sochanchak. They were great and patient in responding to my many inquiries. My case has been settled , but unfortunately, a small amount had to held in escrow due a lien. But I’m confident Lundy Law will send any remaining monies I’m entitled too once the lien is settled. Overall , I have been very satisfied with the Professionalism and service provided by Lundy Law. The only recommendation going forward will be to notify the client if there is a change of Attorneys working your case.
