Unprofessional and rude staff
“My daughter was served a foreclosure notice for the former owners of a newly purchased home. I called the attorney Brett Messinger (on the summons) who was impatient, rude and condescending.”

Poorly maintained facilities
“The building is old and in need of updating. The elevators half work, the bathrooms (ladies) are on life support...toilet seats are not fully secured, the stall logistics are not suitable for the average sized woman as the commode sits very close to the toilet paper dispenser, the sanitary napkin disposals do not all have lids.”

Disorganized and poor service in the cafeteria
“The cafe on the 1st floor recently reopened while the place LOOKS nice, the service is less than desirable. The grill station is a disaster too. There's no organization/structure with their ordering process. And the person taking your order (to you), but doesn't immediately tell the person who needs to prepare the order.”
