Unprofessional and rude staff
“My daughter was served a foreclosure notice for the former owners of a newly purchased home. I called the attorney Brett Messinger (on the summons) who was impatient, rude and condescending.”

Poor customer service and organization
“The grill station is a disaster too. There's no organization/structure with their ordering process. And the person taking your order (to you), but doesn't immediately tell the person who needs to prepare the order.”

Unsanitary conditions
“The cafeteria on the 1st floor recently reopened while the place LOOKS nice, the service is less than desirable. The pizza guy should really wear gloves when handling cooked pizza, putting ingredients on pizzas and opening and closing pizza door that is touched by others. It's just not sanitary.”
