I literally put more work in on this review then I did for my entire case, and I have Jacobs and Comerata to be thankful for that. I want to thank Todd Jacobs and the wonderful staff of Jacobs and Comerota Law Firm. I highly recommend them to anyone who is unsure of how to handle an accident, injury, or any type of malpractice. I was unsure how to handle the situation regarding the injuries and loss I received because of being rear ended. Fortunately, for me I was referred to the practice of Jacobs and Comerota, and they were there for every step of the process, and to help guide me along the long road to recovery. I am not a conflict driven person and would have become frustrated and given up if left to my own devices. That would have been a huge mistake on my end, because the severity of my injuries wasn’t immediately clear to me until after the shock of the situation wore off, and the pain began and lasted for what felt like a lifetime. In addition to dealing with confusing insurance agencies, which is something I am unfamiliar with, they helped me get specific details and entitlements that my insurance was not willing to mention. They not only helped me set up the appointments with physical therapy, but they also helped me in getting expedited appointments for MRIs, x-rays, and additional tests. When I became overwhelmed, they were able to help and listen to me. When the conclusion of this year and a half of physical therapy and doctor appointments came, they pursued and got the maximum amount of compensation I was eligible for. They further expeditated this process quick and effectively. They were always there to answer any questions I had, and continually checked in on me getting updates on my progress during the healing process. I was beyond surprised of how kind and helpful they were, especially when I wasn’t myself, and out of sorts from the injury and lasting concussion. They did All the work, and my only job was to get well again. The tenacity and organization they displayed, and getting results which I would not have been able to on my own, I will forever be grateful for. I would have slacked left to my own devices, and would not have followed through this process without the help and encouragement they gave me along the way. Thank you, Todd Jacobs and staff. Todd Jacobs and his team got the job done. When things got tough they kept going. Very professional but down to earth. I was able to communicate with him and he answered all of my questions. Never left me feeling uninformed. 10/10 I’d recommend this firm!
