Outdated and poorly maintained facilities
“The building is old and in need of updating. The elevators half work, the bathrooms (ladies) are on life support...toilet seats are not fully secured, the stall logistics are not suitable for the average sized woman as the commode sits very close to the toilet paper dispenser, the sanitary napkin disposals do not all have lids.”

Inconsistent and unsatisfactory cafeteria service
“The cafeteria is not good and not only that they are often responsible for setting off building wide fire alarm which is disruptive to everyone in the building.”
