Ricky Liss was absolutely wonderful! He kept in touch with me through the entire process, made sure I was informed and was always there to answer any of my questions. I was very unhappy, frustrated and disappointed with my experience with this firm. The attorneys and staff are very personable. However, they do are not able to stick to the timelines established in paid consultations, which resulted in greater expenses and billed hours. When I did received drafts of the legal documents to be submitted, I could easily tell that they had utilized templates and used a replace function to type in the minimal amount of my personal information that had to be used in the forms, which I could easily discern as I saw my name misspelled in more than five distinct sections. In my initial invoice, I saw that they had charged me for a function that the attorney confirmed they would not need for my case (a cost of a couple hundred dollars). When I realized I had been incorrectly billed, I contacted their office and left all my contact details as well as a brief explanation of my concern over four distinct times in the expanse of over 2 months, and to this day they have not contacted me back over this issue. My final thought is, if your case is so important that you require legal advise and assistance, consider whether the representation of a firm that will overcharge you, under-appreciate your case, and not provide you with the attention that someone that has paid well over $4k deserves. Though they are lovely people, they were more than a little underwhelming as my representatives and they left a lot to be desired in their professional abilities.
