Dave is very knowledgeable, patient, very pleasant to work with. I actually feel it is a blessing to work with such an authentic person, who thinks about the best interest for you. He was there to help to resolve my problems. He laid out all the possibilities and explained everything in a very easy way to understand. You feel like you are being understood and supported. He is just genuine to care and want the best result for you, not just the sake of fees. I do feel he simply just enjoys helping people.
