Great experience thus far.

So far so good just needs more communication

Terrible service. Waste of time. My boyfriend was locked up, and got injured in a car accident while being transported to a doctor’s appointment by the county jail. Morgan and Morgan agreed to take his case, wasted over an hour of our lives talking on the phone about all the details, assigned us a case manager (Gerry Sosa), and then we never heard from them again, despite my boyfriend’s case supposedly being escalated to Gerry as a priority. I attempted to reach out to Morgan and Morgan and Gerry Sosa multiple times and never heard back from anyone. NO COMMUNICATION, NO RESPONSES, nothing!!! If they decided not to take the case after all, why not just say that??! Extremely unprofessional to just ignore people after telling them you’re their case manager and that their case is a priority. I honestly can’t believe we STILL never got any kind of response at all. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I have screenshots of our convos to prove how unprofessional and shady this law firm is. Want to know the craziest part? Our case manager told me to forge my boyfriends signature on the contract so they could immediately start working on our case. In the contract, it mentions that if we ever have another law firm take this case, Morgan and Morgan is entitled to a percentage of the winnings. So here’s my theory, they get people to sign that contract, then purposely ignore the person so that the person decides to find a different law firm. That way, when the new law firm wins, Morgan and Morgan gets paid despite never lifting a finger or doing anything at all to make them deserving of that money. Too bad I got proof that my boyfriend never signed anything from them, and proof that the case manager told me that I could just claim my boyfriend signed it on my phone or something during visitation. Unbelievable.

Very disappointed with their service.

They are very cold and honestly don’t care. I have the calls recorded and you would be in shock how several different “attorneys” degrade you!

This is by far one of the WORST experiences and WORST service ever provided by company. Per website, I submit brief breakdown regarding potential case. I was called by a M&M rep who said they have a third party entity they will send me to for further help. Not even 10mins goes by and this “third party law firm” calls. The gentleman reviewed my situation and actually told me that it’s not worth pursuing my case because “The person you are requesting action against probably doesn’t have any money, so your credit fraud/Identity theft case isn’t worth it.” Then proceed abruptly to say good goodbye and hang up. I called back today, and a rep from M&M said “oh I’m sorry, let me get you over to someone else for additional help.” Than provided me with number for another third party office because the crime was committed in different state. I called the vendor number and immediately got a recorded message that said “we do not provide legal advice or assistance looking for an attorney. You can leave a message, but any inquiries for legal advice or assistance with be discarded. Thanks M&M for nothing. You guys obviously aren’t like there commercials and clearly could care less.. you deserve no stars.

I have some medical conditions that has me disabled to work, I wanted to file for disability and was told that Morgan and Morgan was the way to go, Not,, oh they were there to file my complaint and get me to sign that paper for them to get paid,well that's as far as their work got, I never heard back from them and could never get them on the phone, I had to get all paper work from Drs, Hospitals etc... well after having to lose a leg in a emergency life threatening situation because I had no insurance I couldn't get the right Dr service to save my leg, well I got approved for SS and sure enough Morgan and Morgan are their with their paper that I so sadly signed,are getting a portion of my back pay, its a shame they have to take people's money, worse experience ever,i would never consider Morgan and Morgan ever, id represent myself first..

Four stars because I'm a newcomer being a client and the initial contact was nice, pleasant and detailed!! Really simple and done in a timely manner!! Thank you Amber!!
