It's was not a good experience at all. The lawyer didn't show any good energy towards my case, and in the end, things were left out.

I just had the worse experience calling Morgan and Morgan. Before telling my story of being discriminated against for membership by a federal credit union bank. The representative took my personal information twice. After telling my story, and providing ECOA information on the basis of my claims. He tells me “Morgan and Morgan cannot represent me.” I say to him, “I think it was very misguiding of you , to obtain my personal information such as my name, birth date and address. For you to tell me, “We Can’t Represent you!” The representative at Morgan and Morgan immediately hung up the phone on me at 9:45a.m. What do consumer lawyers do? If not , protecting consumers from the law? I wonder!

Great intake process. Very detailed and empathetic. Update: The intake process was great!! I felt as if I was in great hands. When I call into customer service, they're very professional. Months in, and my experience has been terrible. I wish I had gone with another law firm. I can not get Lawrence to respond back to my emails or calls. The last time I spoke to him was before Thanksgiving. I made it clear that I was disappointed with him ignoring me. I would like a follow-up since the case has been settled to some degree. I would not recommend using this law firm for small accident cases. They didn't keep up with the different medical coverages and allowed me to not only exhaust my coverage but also go over it. I hope at the end they work things out to benefit me as their client. I'm not very confident. Edit: It's now March 17th. I was told two weeks ago that the final paperwork was going to be out to sign, and checks will be issued. I have nothing. I've called my cash manager, and as usual, there was no response. Well, today, an email came to download an app to see the progress of my case. My case is still showing to be in the beginning phase. I'm not confident in the ability of this law firm.
