Lack of communication and updates on case status
“Do yourself a favor and do your homework before you go with them. . The communication there is absolutely horrendous. Been trying to reach my case manager all day long voicemail, e-mail,message through the portal, called the main office and still nothing.”

Dropping cases unexpectedly
“They took my case and then dropped me because it wasn't a slam dunk. My wife was t-boned by someone who was blowing a red light. Of course that driver is suing us. They didn't have our back, left us hanging, and barely reached out to us.”

Unresponsive to client inquiries
“NO COMMUNICATION, NO RESPONSES, nothing!!! If they decided not to take the case after all, why not just say that??! Extremely unprofessional to just ignore people after telling them you're their case manager and that their case is a priority.”
