My wife was involved in an auto accident that was not her fault and in which she was injured. Unfortunately, we had limited tort on our insurance policy and we knew it would be very tough to try and get medical bills paid, reimbursement for lost wages, pain and suffering, etc. We met with Tom and he agreed to take on our case. Throughout every step in the process, Tom and his team kept us informed on everything. He refused to just bow down and cave into the at fault driver's insurance company, even as they tried their many scare tactics; such as continually stalling for time, refusing to negotiate, and basically them saying, "Ha-Ha, a limited tort case, you don't have a leg to stand on." Tom prepared our case for trial, and when the insurance company realized that he wasn't messing around, they agreed to a very nice settlement for us as well as paying past medical bills. So I first found Tom about 2 years ago after my car accident in January of 2018.. before this I scouted out ALOT of Lawyers. But for some reason they didn’t seem like they had MY BEST INTEREST at heart. Once I finally found Thomas Gibbons comes time number & called him; originally I had to leave a voice mail. But he returned my phone call in maybe 20-30 mins (can’t quite remember it was 2 years ago) anyways long story short: The first time we spoke on the phone something just told me he was the one. He was interested in me more than my case actually. I was very impressed! He asked about if I had kids etc; he even asked my sons name his age. & allowed me to talk about my child while he listened... that’s when I knew he was the one for ME just not for the money!!! Fast forward a little, this was not an easy 2 years or waiting around on the insurance company but every time I spoke to Tom he made me feel confident in him & my case I just knew on my end I had to have the patience to allow him to do his thing!! He did not feed me false promises he kept everything truthful with me since day one!! He checked on me while I went to therapy, doctors visits etc. Gibbons legal never missed a birthday since I started with them. Fast forward today I finally got the call that the insurance was trying to settle! At first they tried to low ball me with an amount but Tom was so confident that he could do better if I allowed him... & because he gained my trust from day one I trusted him to do his thing!!
