Tom went above and beyond to help me as a client. He was super patient with all my questions and scenarios. He was realistic and didn't sugarcoat what my options were. *Edit- Thomas has reached out to us and explained the reason for the delay in correspondence, my condolences. Things were going well in the beginning, correspondence went smoothly, and Thomas seemed great. I reached out to Thomas about a case for an accident regarding my mom; she fell backward on the SEPTA L train due to the operator taking off without giving anyone time to sit.She broke her back in three places and spent over a week in the hospital recovering and now receives physical therapy to ease and assist the ongoing issue. I have tried countless times trying to get into touch with Thomas about her case, and so has she. I even emailed and sent texts, still nothing. It has been over two weeks now, and I had high hopes that the wait for a response wouldn't have been so long, but it was. I know everyone has their own personal things going on and so there is sometimes a delay in communication, but going weeks without responding is unjust. We will be going elsewhere to get help. I'm so disappointed.

I was so excited and pleased!! When Tom initially explained this was a limited tort case and I had prior injuries from another accident I didn’t think I would get any compensation for my injuries or my past due bills.
