Tom is an outstanding lawyer. He was straight forward and spoke to me not above me. He was in constant contact with me throughout the whole case to the point i had to tell him to stop with the updates haha, he is a great guy. If you don't want to be another statistic and do want a personable attorney, hire Tom.

I was referred to Tom Gibbons from a friend when I was in a car accident. From our first conversation, he made me feel very comfortable. I explained what happened, (someone backed into me at a stop sign and then claimed I rear ended them. Their insurance company denied the claim and refused to cover anything) and he took over from there. Not only did he get their client to admit fault, but he got the insurance company to cover all damages and medical expenses I incurred. He really went above and beyond for me. I called him after normal work hours on his personal phone and he answered all of my questions. I really can't say enough good things about Gibbons Legal and Tom Gibbons personally. I have referred His firm to anyone in need of legal counsel, and will be sure to use him in the future for any and all legal issues I may have.

Attorney Gibbons is a very thorough and competent professional who always has is clients’ interests in mind. I was always informed on new information and I always felt like I was in very good hands. He never missed a scheduled meeting and he always took my calls. What I especially liked about Tom was his ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
