Lack of responsiveness and follow-up from the firm
“They signed me on as a client 4 months ago and never replied to my calls or emails asking for updates. The least they could have done was tell me they made a mistake and no longer think there is a case.”

Concerns about fee structure and transparency
“I was told the defendant will pay for the lawyer fees. I did not read the contract with them. When it was time to settle I was advised that they're taking 50% of my settlement. I would suggest on a lawyer that doesn't take 50% as that is purely unconscionable and greedy.”
