Mr. Garibian and his team are true professionals. I had a previous employer contract come back to haunt me and needed some help. Mr. Garibian represented me for over a year of negotiations with my previous employer. His communication with me was phenomenal, spoke on the phone when I needed, emailed back right away, and I always knew what was going on. I have an old co worker who may need some legal representation as well and they already have this teams information if they need it. Mr. Garibian took a lot of stress off my back.

I really don't have the words to properly express to my dedicated & relentless law firm. My lawyers worked hard & tireless to get justice, fair & equal treatment for me in my accident case of 2019. The accident left me totally permanently disabled. I ended up with a total of 14 major injuries in my body. I was totally disrespected by all levels including law enforcement in the area where the accident took place. The attending officer didn't report the facts surrounding the airbag deployment in my transport. The ambulance service, didn't apply appropriate medical equipment like a neck support or a back brace, I had major injuries in the neck & spine as well as 7 other areas of the body. The hospital that I was taken to for treatment & care was a disaster. There was no licensed physician on duty in the entire emergency room. I was not checked out properly in a fully licensed emergency room at a fully accredited & licensed hospital in 2019, whoever heard of such poor treatment & care in a fully functional hospital. My case was truly a very long hard & difficult case made so intentionally by workers comp claims adjuster & attorneys, only to be proven wrong by my attorneys that really knew how to professionally take All! of the right steps in the right order to prove my case. I had a very bad experience with these lawyers. I was hit by a pickup truck while crossing the street in the crosswalk with the pedestrian symbol flashing. The driver of the vehicle was making a left turn. My case was not resolved for five years. I am permanently handicapped as a result of this accident. These lawyers didn’t include all of my injuries. They charged me for my own lunch. The arbitrator Mr. Novello found me 25% at fault for crossing the street. I cannot understand this. I didn’t receive barely any compensation for my injuries. As a matter of fact, they received more money than I did. I am still being treated as a result of this accident. My advice to you would be do not choose these lawyers they will cause you nothing but grief.
