I hired them in order to resolve an issue with the bank incorrectly reporting my account and therefore having an adverse effect on my credit history. Garibian Law Office was able to work out a stellar resolution with the bank and all 3 credit bureaus, resulting in the removal of the incorrect information and a decent settlement. I had called them regarding an incident, asking legal advice if there is a case that can be made. They were very unprofessional and seemed annoyed that I even called them. I was in the middle of explaining my situation politely when suddenly they hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I don’t expect you to take my case if you are not interested but at least have the professionalism to talk to your clients politely.

Either the chat feature is useless or these lawyer doesn't care. Contacted the firm using the chat features twice and gave them information and said that would transfer the transcript to the lawyer for call back, 4 days later and nothing, what a waste of my time. First impression is everything and it was bad

Mr. Garibian was not only professional, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He seemed to care about my case and me as an individual. He helped me navigate a case where I was being harassed by a collection agency for an old debt. Through his investigation and research, Mr Garabian discovered I was actually being scammed by a ficticious collection agency posing as representatives of a former debtor. Mr Garibian left no stone unturned. He kept me appraised of his progress throughout the process. Once his research was complete, I was able to make a more informed decision as to how to proceed.
