The work this law firm did on my case was fantastic. They kept me informed of what was going on. Any time I had a question they answered it for me.

If you are looking for a law firm that is professional and responsive, look no further. I was involved in a very serious motor vehicle accident. The other driver blamed me. The police officer blamed me after speaking with the other driver. I tried multiple lawyers and they all rejected my case. I spoke with Mr. Mulligan and he said he believed me. He obtained video surveillance of the accident and showed the other driver was at fault. I got a great settlement!

We consulted with Mr. Mulligan as a dentist first and after examining me and stating that the prior dental work was really bad and that we needed to get our money back, he asked if we knew that he was an attorney as well. We said yes and he offered to review my dental records, without us asking, saying that he couldn't promise anything but he'd take a look. We called back to speak to him before he saw any of my records and his message, not directly, but through another attorney in the practice was that the case was not viable and therefore he had nothing to say to us. Thinking he was confusing us with someone else, we called his office the next day and a woman answered saying that she had also spoken to him and his message was that Ginsburg & Associates were not taking on any new clients because of COVID. We found this to be strange and confusing behavior and the inconsistencies in messages from him and from two of his office colleagues very puzzling. We would not recommend this “lawyer/dentist.”
