She was very courteous and caring; she didnt try to have me contact the Atlanta State Board, realizing that i really was seeking counsel. She asked discerning questions, without trying to push me over to another entity. I appreciated her helping me feel like i was put in touch with the right folks. She will make a great case manager to talk to. Your firm has great personnel that go the distance to help the people entrusted to them.
