The worse ever!!!!! I wouldn’t even waste the time it takes to say their repetitive name. And his billboards all over town gravitating towards the Urban community is deplorable. ** While I “appreciate” your reply it’s obvious (because you stated this fact) that the reason for your doing so is because you don’t particularly care for negative feedback. And by reaching out to me online it appears that you made an effort and maybe perhaps I’ll correct what I wrote. But, in reality if your office were concerned about reviews then you would make an attempt to treat every potential client with care, consideration and respect. Then you wouldn’t have to backtrack and try and clean up what should have been done in the first place. So, in this case it is a futile effort because I believe time is valuable and not something that you should allow a person to waste more than once.

Their commercials get all dramatic with music and word salad, but if your case isn't a 100 percent guaranteed win, they won't even talk to you. Most people that leave negative reviews on the internet crush every business they come in contact with and it gets old. I am not that person. I wanted to leave this review because this company doesn't care like they say they do. I'm all for business maximizing profits but be honest about it. Their commercial should say, "Call us if you were in an accident or the surgeon operated on the wrong leg. Anything less than that and we won't take the case because we don't want to actually do any work to earn our money. We only want to shoot fish in a barrel." At least the commercial would be honest. I am a 40 year old tip top shape athlete and a chiropractor put me in the hospital. I've never had a back problem in my entire life and I need spinal fusion now. My life as I know it basically ended over night. I haven't been able to do anything for 4 months. Nothing. Fraud and Fraud wouldn't even take my call because I didn't "meet their qualifications." In what world does my case not meet qualifications?

I have tried to reach my case manager on several occasions, either by phone ,text and Email and she has not responded
