Excellent service

Good just wishing there would be more calls with updates about my case

I have not had any discussions with my case manager about your first two questions. I think this is due to her not yet getting all the info she needs to make a judgment. A very prudent decision on her part.

I have explained what happened to 3 different assistants, one lawyer and just got swapped to a new lawyer all in about 10 days. I truly believe either things are not written down or no one reads the notes. Maybe justification for the 40% is due to "time & effort" which if some level of efficiency is implemented would save you money and provide for a larger profits for the firm. I literally never spoke to my lawyer & was told I would not be yet the process explained & contract was with a lawyer representing & communicating w me. I am willing to see how this company works but at this point it appears to be all marketing w associates not lawyers doing the work. Basically what was explained to me is no where near what is going on in actuality.

They made me Feel like I'am in really good hands, in trough time like I'am going through now.

I am alone. Noone checks in. I have concussion issues that make all this difficult. I had problems with daily report sight, told case manager but instead of fixing the issue, said just email her my reports. I can't do that. I do feel like just a number, not a person. My older sister needs a lawyer but she could not handle this, otherwise I would refer her. Personal attention and feeling cared for are important when you're down.
