Great intake process. Very detailed and empathetic. Update: The intake process was great!! I felt as if I was in great hands. When I call into customer service, they're very professional. Months in, and my experience has been terrible. I wish I had gone with another law firm. I can not get Lawrence to respond back to my emails or calls. The last time I spoke to him was before Thanksgiving. I made it clear that I was disappointed with him ignoring me. I would like a follow-up since the case has been settled to some degree. I would not recommend using this law firm for small accident cases. They didn't keep up with the different medical coverages and allowed me to not only exhaust my coverage but also go over it. I hope at the end they work things out to benefit me as their client. I'm not very confident. Edit: It's now March 17th. I was told two weeks ago that the final paperwork was going to be out to sign, and checks will be issued. I have nothing. I've called my cash manager, and as usual, there was no response. Well, today, an email came to download an app to see the progress of my case. My case is still showing to be in the beginning phase. I'm not confident in the ability of this law firm.

They only care about the money

You hear them on the radio, winning cases….but they would not take on my case because of lack of coverage.

I brought them a case where I was owed over 700$ from my job as the job was taking out 2 hours from every paycheck even though we didn’t actually get 30 minute breaks u would work 40 hours and only get paid for 38 hours ontop of that I had several weeks of overtime that I was missing in one instance I worked 58.5 hours at my pay rate snd the overtime and overtime pay rate should have gotten 1,000 dollars after tax and only got 520$ I checked my paystub and got 40 hours and instead of my 18.5 hours overtime I got .75 I took this case to Morgan because I saw a winning case especially since I had paystubs here to verify and other coworkers who would have verified but Morgan and Morgan turned me down saying not enough evidence for need to investigate. Clearly Morgan and Morgan are not for the people and clearly only want to take on cases that win hundreds of thousands of dollars cause they see a big paycheck which is falsely advertised from the site which to any case I won’t go back to Morgan and Morgan I’ll find a different lawyer who actually wants to make my case worth a difference

Call any attorney but these guys. All they want to do is settle or refer. They want jobs part of litigation.
