They got a settlement for my mom pretty fast but they kept a portion of it for 'possible residual medical bills' and they told her they'd send that to her in 90 days. It's been more than 90 days and they never sent it. Multiple emails asking about status of this money have gone unanswered by this firm and meanwhile she's receiving medical bills that she has to pay out of pocket. I looked at customer complaints in other reviews and found an email address that the firm instructs people to reach out to when they have problems like this. They didn't respond on that email either. I guess they're keeping the money?

Do yourself a favor and and do your homework before you go with them. . The communication there is absolutely horrendous. Been trying to reach my case manager all day long voicemail, e-mail,message through the portal, called the main office and still nothing .Needed to speak to her cause my wife has a doctors appointment tomorrow and needs a letter of protection now she can’t go to her appointment. Communication is just unbelievable to me. This portal is supposed to make things easier. Make things go smoother yet they never communicate. I have multiple messages I sent to the portal and never ever get a response. Never even bothered trying to reach the lawyer because that’s just useless. I don’t understand why anyone can’t get back to us. I just don’t get it. So I reached out to them like they said in their response to my review, have I heard anything yet, of course nothing zilch Nada!!

Matt Magid is an amazing lawyer , he took time to help me . He spent hours and hours with me to make sure I was comfortable. He’s an up and coming star ! I would ask for Matt Magid if you need a lawyer from Morgan and Morgan ! Also Eli was amazing as well , great team I had representing me and and I’m very thankful they helped me ! Thank you guys for everything .

After being on the phone with a rep for almost two hours who made me uncomfortable regarding my situation and having to sign a retainer document , well lots of documents before sending it out to a lawyer , I was then asked to speak to another REP for a ssi application , it was a lot ! it felt as I was giving my information to someone who sells your information !!! i signed the documents at 155pm and then cancelled at 2:05 pm and was told we can’t cancel YOU until it goes to a legal team !!!!! I have never heard of such unprofessionalism. And this is via text BTW, this is me looking for legal consult for my Ssdi , it didn’t feel right to me , at all not happy with the call , and definitely not going this this company for my legal assistance ,
