The worst experience I have had with this law firm . No follow up, never returning calls. Wrong information relayed by the case manager to the attorney. The case started on the 29th of June, without reaching any results until this day. I asked to cease the handling of the case a week ago, awaiting for an official letter stating the closing of the file and had to call the support team ro receive the letter. In this letter the attorney had the nerve to write that my case is not a valid one for claim!!!!!!!!! What a farce!!!! Since Morgan and Morgan had initially decided it was plausible for claim.
