Timothy Rock was my attorney and Julia Clopp my caseworker. I was in a hit and run when i was 7 months pregnant (found the guy) and his insurance and everything was confirmed, but right when I started physical therepy for what is now still a bad back a year later, they said they didn't get any of my medical records so they closed my case. My doctor did not receive a request for records. Besides that, the entire time I worked with them it was almost impossible to get ahold of them. And now I am trying to do the claim on my own and I can't because his insurance company hasn't received anything from morgan and morgan stating they are no longer working with me. I keep calling texting, emailing, no response. Screwing me bad.
