Very professional and knowledgeable team

I was very pleased on how fast someone got back in touch with me after finishing my intake interview. Everything was explained in great detail and all my questions were answered. I felt nervous before the phone call but felt totally comfortable after speaking with my representative.

Pond and lehocky have been the only organization thats been trying to help me in my time of need. But because I can't get the help I need so bad it makes it hard for me to help them. Iam homeless and when I reach out to places like bucks county housing I get phone number to call other organizations for help that when iam done iam back at the fist number I called. And getting insurance for what I need like a MRI that's a joke I've been doing stitches and then some. I live in my van I miss my granddaughter and my girlfriend because I cant find help for a place to live. At first I was told to get a job any job that I would get the help I need so I got a part time job delivering parts on 11/15 so I call bucks county again and at no surprise I was told that I need to find a higher paying job to find a apartment buy this time iam ready to give up. All I want is my lower back looked at by a MRI to determine the problem and find a place to live so I can be with my granddaughter and my girlfriend as a family. I Hurd lots of good things about pond and lehocky and iam willing to put my self in there hands even if it doesn't work out hats off to pond and lehocky.

Very helpful in a very scary time. Referred to excellent care and handled issues as they arose. A good settlement was reached thanks to them.

After the firm reached out to me they worked to get my case reviewed at every step as promptly as possible. Even though it took me all three steps to get a approval (2 denials) they worked to get my case in order to get a thorough evaluation to get me the disability benefits that I was rightfully deserved. My only complaint was the inability to talk directly to my attorney but fortunately my case manager and their associates were there to get back answers to the questions I would have. In the end they got me my disability benefits within the window of time they expected.
