If i could give them zero stars, I would. They demand to know all kinds of personal information such as the city and place of birth before they even explain who they are or what they will do or even give you a chance to speak with a lawyer. They don't call when they say they will. And if you refuse to give them the place of your birth, they hang up on you. These people are possibly involved in identity theft or people are impersonating them in order to get all this private information. The first woman who called was from the Philippines and the other woman was an hourly clerk who hung up on me because I refused to give her my city of birth.

They were very helpful and concerned. With my situation.
