I called the office and spoke to a clerk/ receptionist who told me that unless I had all the documentation PRIOR to seeing an attorney for a consultation they can't see me. ?????? It's standard practice for a client to have a consult to see if the case can be litigated or not or is frivolous. If the case seems arguable, and the attorney is retained, then all documentation from the claiment is gathered and the case proceeds from there. This man said we need it all the documentation for the case prior to learning if the case could be handled by the law firm. How do I know what documents I need without the advice of an attorney??? I was amazed that I wasn't given an appointment to talk to one of these advertised attorneys who claim to get everything you deserve of course on a contingent basis. There is a case here that can be litigated and maybe won but the receptionist said, " have another incoming call I have to end this call" and he hung up. I am now realizing that with all the billboards and advertisements on television that maybe this law firm has so many calls that they don't take personal interest in a clients' concerns- just bring the facts and don't meet to see if you're compatible and can work together on a case in the interest of the client as a human, not just another check. What reputable law firm doesn't offer an appointment with a lawyet for a free consult to find out if the case is worth arguing or not? Very disappointed with the receptionist / clerk who treated me as a nobody and had to hang up to answer another call .

Poor communication on their part. No update or info provided in months, for 2 seperate matters. They start off with amazing communication, to make you feel comfortable. The only time I've heard anything from them recently was a month ago when I reached out and was given the generic answer, "we'll have some information soon". Starting to feel like I made the wrong choice in representation.
