A lot of people would be leary about hiring an attorney that they can't physically interact with. I admit, I wasn't 100% sure about this myself. I had received a referral and took a chance. My initial contact with someone at the firm was via phone to see if they would take my case. I spoke to someone two or three other times via phone. All other contact was through the firms case app. If I had a question, I'd send a message and someone always responded. Me being a person who only talks on the phone when I have to, I loved that the app was an option. Not once did I meet with anyone in person. All interactions with the firm were good. And after two failed attempts on my own, Pond Lehocky Giordano won my case!

I had to do all my work myself they didn't even call or text me to let me know what was going on my case is errand and I had one of the lawyers tell it nothing can be done about it but I was not taking that for a answer so I called TALLAHASSEE and got it started myself they didn't care how long it takes for you to get your case done they 25 percent of it so the more the higher their rate
