The State never makes anything easy. It took some of the stress off me since I was working on my Pension Disability at the same time. I am so grateful that I was able to speak to the judge, she did not know that my job terminated me due to my on going issues and disabilities that I will not recover from. After I lost my job, the termination letter they gave me states just that. They changed it to misconduct after the fact, I was not aware of what they had done. I had a return date, they would not let me come back and tried to make it seem like I just wasn't going to by my choice. This past 3 years had made me so sick to the point that I can not function. Since I won this case, my private disability through my work had to approve me. Thank you for all your help and I would recommend your law firm to anyone else who needs help.
