This was the worst experience ever from a professional that I’ve ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment for my mom and I to get services for a living will, trust and some other things. We were given a scheduled time to call in, however when I called to meet with Peter the receptionist said due to the lawyer’s discretion and notes he’s not going to service us ( I was so confused at this point).The receptionist communicated the notes stated I called back in January and this is my 2nd time calling so he’s refusing services for me and my my mother, even though this was my Moms first time calling. My mom is 71 and fell, she is currently suffering from a fractured shoulder on 3 places so we were trying to get her affairs in order. Why would he deny her services, why would he deny me services because I wasn’t ready in January. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I own a business and if a customer inquires about my service and then returns I’m not going to deny services because they weren’t ready at the time. This is so unacceptable and egotistical. I will find another lawyer but I’ve never heard of anything like this. Peter you should be ashamed of yourself!
