I've worked on previous versions of my will with other lawyers, and he pointed out things they'd never mentioned. Fast turnaround and very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Our experience with Klenk Law has been exceptional. We’ve had help with estate planning and pre-nuptial agreements. They really take the time to explain everything and let us know our options. My brother, who lived in New Jersey, passed away suddenly and I had no idea what law firm to use to help with the estate. With a google search I found Klenk Law and I was extremely happy throughout the entire process. I live in PA and I really did not want to travel back and forth to New Jersey to settle the estate. Amy Besser was the lawyer I worked with and I couldn't have been happier with everything. We worked well together as a team and during the worst of the Covid-years. My brother's estate was complex but with Amy's guidance I was able to file needed taxes, get assets into the estate and with patience settle the estate. If I could give Klenk Law 100 stars, I would. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Be sure to read the contract and terms closely and be sure they understand your goals and specific situation. Despite offering services separately, it was clear that the lawyer I eventually ended up with was still shooting for the overall percentage of estate that most law offices use. I liked my initial lawyer but he disappeared in the midst of settling my moms estate. The new lawyer did not reach out to ensure she understood my goals which were to do a number of items myself. This is probably due to not wanting to expend effort that can’t be billed. Furthermore, I am fairly certain Klenk missed sending in a key document to the IRS. I have been in identity verification limbo for a year. The iIRS would not allow me to even make an appointment because this form was not received. When I asked Klenk for specific help, I was told to “follow the directions on the letter.” I eventually found what I needed on a TurboTax discussion thread. For free. I would never use their services again.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this firm! The dedication and attention to detail that Rodney Myer has put into this case is hard to put into words. Our litigation has been extremely involved and complicated. This has been very emotional for my family and I and Rodney and his team have gone above and beyond. He is direct, patient, compassionate, professional, and returns calls promptly - which is a major plus when hiring a lawyer! We have total confidence and trust in him, which is so important when dealing with a probate and litigation as hard as this one has been. They are exactly what we needed at such a hard time in our lives.
