David Sherman and his legal team worked tirelessly to represent me in a very tenuous "Limited-Tort" litigation against a very powerful and stubborn Insurance entity. This case went to Jury Trial when the insurance company refused to settle fairly at Arbitration. Laying out the facts of the case, Mr.Sherman's presentation and closing arguments got me an extraordinary result by the end.
