I had a really bad fall last year. I had an attorney who literally did nothing for year and then sent me a letter dropping my case. I gave up, because I thought it was hopeless. Then I called Joel Kofsky. Joel immediately jumped into action and within a few weeks did more than the other guy did in a year! I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. We reached a settlement that was much more than I imagined. I didn't know the best way to thank Joel for his help. So I decided to leave a review to let everyone know he's a great attorney.

Guys, I gotta tell you that dealing with injuries after an accident is no fun. Add to that the legal aspect and the frustration level is horrendous. After being referred by my friend Derrick to your office you took the stress out of everything. I cannot thank you enough for the way you communicated the process step by step and finally the settlement. I will be the first to refer anyone that's in need of your services to your office. Kofsky and his people take the stress out of law work. There's honestly no easier way to put it. While other law firms may completely baffle me with their cryptic language, ASTRONOMICAL fees, and poor communication, this one proves that hope does exist. Communication is always prompt and clear with this office. I can't sing their praises enough.

I reached out to Joel through a recommendation from a close friend for a medical malpractice case. It involved someone very dear to me and he's always there to answer questions about our case no matter when we call. I'm very happy with our counsel know we made the right decision.

This is the worse law firm ever , no one knows what to do ,they have the receptionist doing there work. Every Time I call there on lunch. No one calls you back. They lie an say they didn't get paper work. please don't use this law firm for help.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY DONT GIVE YOU ALL OF YOU MONEY AND NASTY STAFF

Very Nasty and unprofessional, they sat on my case for almost 2 years, I literally had to call up and threaten to get another lawyer for them to get back on my case. After they switched up my lawyer for the 3rd time. I had the displeasure of having to speak to Antwanette or whatever her name is. She was short, nasty and very unprofessional. She must have gotten her law degree from sesame street university because she was very nasty and knew nothing about my case. When you call the company they don't even tell you what the name of the law firm is! Do Not! I repeat Do Not Bring your case here! You will be sorry! I know I am!

Joel J. Kofsky is the best Philly lawyer I have ever met.
