My particular situation involves a different venue / state, however Dena still took the time to consult with me in considerable depth about my upcoming case, and helped me to find another firm(s) that is probably going to be a better fit and have more benefits for my situation & the outcome. Dena entered our lives at a very difficult time. My husband had been diagnosed with mesothelioma, and had just undergone extensive surgery. We had been referred to her law firm, Weitz and Luxenberg. Dena contacted us and arranged to come to Florida and to spend the day with us. She was so sensitive and caring. She had our trust from the very beginning. She explained the process very carefully. She was available any time we had questions. Even after my husband unfortunately passed away, she continued to monitor the case, and to be helpful with advice, information, and encouragement. She had provided her personal cell number from the beginning, so I was able to contact her, even though she had changed law firms. She made me feel that I was still her client, and that she genuinely wanted to assist in any way. She is a credit to her profession!
