Douglas Leney has been my attorney for the last five years. Mr. Leney was successfully able to direct me in the formation of a number of businesses and partnerships over the years. I hired Doug's firm in March 2014 and he was quickly assigned my case. At the time, my company was in the process of trying to recover a large debt from one of our vendors, on our own, for 2 years. In order to pay us, our vendor had to sell his company, which only complicated things. From the beginning, Doug showed himself to be very "hands-on" and proactive. The case was far from simple, but Doug was always prepared for every twist and contingency. After nearly 18 months of negotiation, we closed a very good deal which allowed us to receive a large portion of the debt upfront and reasonable terms on the back-end. We were so pleased with Doug's performance that we still consult him on other matters nearly 1 year after the case was settled.
