I Had a limited tort case and had originally hired a different law firm but 2 years in and I felt like that attorney was getting nowhere because he was suing the wrong party . I consulted wieand law firm for a second opinion and ended up having them take over and they switched who the lawsuit was brought against and even though that dealership at first would not Except service of the suit the wieand law firm was persistent and we just settled out are limited tort case for the Full Max 100 thousand of the dealerships 100 k policy . The wieand Law Firm also Paid me Fast once they Recieved my check where as my Fiance ( who signed a release a week prior to me ) Used another Law Firm and has not yet received her funds from that Firm . A couple days might not mean a lot to some people but wieand law understood the financial strains that the accident caused for me and made sure to get me the check in as little time as possible and for that I am grateful.
